for a cheat meal i had 3chickenEnchilladas.. about 800-1100 kcal a piece :) then a jar of peanut butter 2200kcals but kant have PB alone .. so i mixed in 160g's brown sugar thats like ALOTTA Cals for one meal ... can i even absorb that all or will some of it pass on out
