Digestive Enzymes
does anyone take them to help break down all the protein being consumed and all that extra gas, because i tell you my family can't take my gas anymore.

oh god sitting in class is the worst when you have a case of the farts... man sometimes the pain is too great to stop it.. you jsut gotta pray it dont smell or it doesnt make noise.

They cleaned it up before I got there and removed all the reading material.

the guy at my health store recommended i try the enzymes with my meals for a week to see if there's a difference. the beano that com. barbi recommended sounds good, i'll give it a try.
