LB is right, but I understand what Messy means too.
I've seen so many avatars just as offensive as Messy's, and they are still here!!!
I think it's because they don't post as much as Messy does, and do so in other forums less traveled, that is why they have not been repremanded.

Actually the avatar is within the rules, there was no "nudity". There was nothing "private" in view, nipples and sensitive areas were not visible, and because of this it IS acceptable, and, if mine was removed because of the reasons that you believe that means that any female avatars that show flesh EVEN when sensitive areas are covered then they should be removed. For the record.....it is not that I was offended (Hell I'm a sailor I don't offend easily) I was pointing out that it was borderline from what I understood of the rules. If my cartoon is I wll be happy to take it down as well.
