Last semester I had set goals for flat bench and incline. I got to them, my goals now are to get my self into better cardio shape, slim down, and then go from there. I need to have surgery though for my hernia.

No, just lifting it up with my right hand and then my left hand and holding it was a big enough feat for me. I actually tried to snatch it and it ended ugly with a crater in my lawn.

I see it weighs 173lbs, but what is so special about it?

"The Thomas Inch Dumbell was made by the man with the same name, Thomas Inch. The dumbell weighs 172lbs.

What makes the Inch dumbell so hard to lift is the very thick handle. The handle is over 2 inches in diameter and it only 4 inches long. Then add the large amount of weight, 172lbs. In his day Thomas Inch was one of the few people that could lift the dumbell, he could still lift it at the age of 72. Even*today very few people can lift it."

Impossible to make the thomas inch db for me, my hands are to small And im weak buts thats another story.

Closing a coc#4 would be nice, only 4 persons have made it.

    Weighing 280lbs+ would me cool.

Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.

For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.

225x 46 reps. I destroyed this Personal trainers theory that you can add 10lbs toward your max for every rep since I would need the help of a forklift to get 600+ raw.

When I had just turned 18, I benched 225 for a clean set. It's not that impressive, and certainly I can do much more now, but I remember 2 plates was such a huge deal for me back then. No lift I've done since then has really brought me the same satisfaction...Front Squatting 315 was close, though. Most of my records and accomplishments are on the rugby field, though.

When I pulled 200kg(450ibs) in the deadlift. I think seriously that was one of the happiest moments in my life.

Carrying a baby calf on my back everyday. Everyday the calf grew in size, and I grew in strength. Therefore, I created progressive resisitance. I promise never to post while high again.

D*mn girl! I do 830 for 10 reps now and I thought I was doing good. I can squat about 475. If you get to that, I'll be the first in line to say good job.

My personal short term goals are to bench 315lbs and squat 500lbs. I am getting very close, and I think I can bench the 315 now, I just haven't tried yet.

leg press numbers are relative to the machine... some i can do over a grand on and some i can barely do 700... it all depends on how smoothe the machine is... if it's got rubber wheels it is usually smooth, if its just sitting on a sled its usually less smooth... it is the most relative exercise out of them all...

My biggest milestone was 300lb bench. I think it was more mental than anything. I could do 295 no problem, but 300 would not go.

Right now I am doing sets with 315lbs. My next milestone......400lbs.
