The best lifting song by far is Brothers of Metal by Manowar, my trainin buddies and I always train harder than ever when thats playing!!!
Rammstein, Metallica, Crossfade, Blindside...
I prefer anything that is really heavy...........
ill nino - when it cuts
ill nino - rumba
ill nino - rip out your eyes
All good songs for working out to. Anything heavy with an aggressive style is good.
My current workout cd looks like this.
Stone Temple Pilots: Wicked Garden
Korn: Got the Life
Soulfly: Bumba
Tool: Ticks & Leeches
Slipknot: Hieritics Anthem
Kid Rock: Bull god
Pantera: Walk
NIN: Closer
Sepultura: Ratamahatta
Rammstein: Du Hast
Metallica: One
Slayer: Disciple
Thats some good stuff. Im gonna download everything you posted. A few other songs and albums I like are:
Slayer-Angel of Death
Korn-Blind and Life is peachy (the whole cd)
Stone Temple Pilots- Their first Cd

Rammstein... I like their newer albums best. They refuse to play it in my gym though!
DMX and Tupac are my favs for lifting.... The emotion they put in their words gets me all hyped up
