    Started morning cardio today...

    Well, iv decided its time to get back into the swing of things. So i started morning cardio for the first time. I woke up at 6, well with my internal alarm clock i was up at 5:15, but stayed in bed till 6......It really wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. I started out walking to get my blood flowing then jogged for about 30min. I feel pretty good so far, but lets see how i feel this afternoon.....

    i have to get up at 430 am or maybe even 5 am to do cardio.. but i dont hahaha.. i run one day and lift the other. i alternate days. i know thats not ideal but i am not a body builder either so who cares

    Man, I have been trying to get up and do it. Seems like it's just too much to do. Glad to hear your on the right track though. Still looking like evenings for a little longer here.....JC

    The waking up part isnt the hard for me....Im kind of a morning person....Its getting motivated that early in the morning thats hard for me....But i figured if i was going to do cardio the best time for me is in the morning...Id rather lift at night....Thxs for the support bros!!

    Man it feels great. I find I have wayyy more energy when I do this!!! I am starting again tomorrow, got myself a new heart rate monitor etc

    I've been doing cardio in the morning for a couple of months now and I notice i have more energy all day......... so you should be fine.

    I also started last week doing cardio after I train at night....... got to get ready for the summer.

    I use to always run before I'd eat. Before I started lifting so much, I was a runner so have always liked running.

    When I wake up, the first thing I want to do is eat. I would not allow myself to eat until after the run so I'd burn fat faster. I'd just do the run to get it out of the way, so I could stuff my face!

    Of course it was a 9am run, not no 5:45 crap :P

    bunch a slack jawed apes......I do cardio five days a week for 45 mins and again in the after noon for another 30. Been doing that for what......3 years now.

    I do cardio 2-3/week + sparring wich is the best cardio imo. 2 hours on the matt makes you sweat!

    i'm working on getting up earlier so i can do the cardio in the AM. i've worked my way up to getting up 30 minutes before work. the only problem is it is a 20 minute drive to work also.
