    Mind Muscle Connection

As body builders, we all realize the importance of the mind/muscle connection. You have train for a long time learn how to target a specific muscle during an exercise. You want to feel the pump, not just move the weight.
So, check this link. What if people competing for the Mr. O all had to this for major points at next years competition. Would Ronnie dominate all again? Your thoughts? That last kid owned the first two.

Flexability? Have you ever seen what's his name that Bigol' legs used to have in his avatar, bend over backwards sitting on his calfs? Dude bends him self into a pretzel and squats 500 for 20 reps. It's just time and dedication. Sure would be funny to watch though... all tanned, oiled-up, and in posing trunks. LOL

I find it hard to stretch at my weight (230ish)... And for some1 as big as coleman I would find it extremely difficult to be flexible...
