I have just finished school as of last week so i have some extra time on my hands from now on, i am usually in class at this time but i thought i would go in and do an extra cardio session for an hour since i am not scheduled to lift this evening.
So i pop my ECA and have my Glutamine around 5:30pm, finished up cardio and made it home and showered and i am now so farking wired that i cannot see straight. I swear i am worried that i might not be able to sleep tonight. I always do cardio around 6am and that gets me pumped for my day but this night cardio is new to me, i think it is safe to say i will not take my ECA if i decide to do an extra cardio session at night.
