Thread: back spasms

I went to the doctor and she told me the pain in my back is from back spasms. now, i can walk around normal and do normal ****, its just when i move my chin towards my chest that i get a serious pain all throughout my back and around to my rib cage. she gave me perks for the pain and muscle relaxers to sleep. obviously she told me not to workout. any suggestions to make this go away any quicker? i know that i have to rest but is there anything else i can do? thanks.

That sucks dude, maybe just give your back a rest and not workout for a lil
