Elbow wraps help, but I don't think they get rid of it. I got it from lifting heavy on the wrong machines.

So you are suggesting that from now on to use elbow wraps for everything to prevent the next injury? If so, then what kind of elbow wraps? Do you have a pic of them?

Like NMS said, there is no quick fix. Only time off the heavy stuff will cure it, but the wraps ease the pain if you're determined to lift.

I see baseball players wearing them a lot. Probably a sporting goods store. I know the Rite-Aid in my area carries them. I'm not saying they will work for you, but they helped me when I started feeling it, as well as a few other guys. Be safe and be sure to get some rest on it when you can.

They are a neoprene wrap taht keep heat in and "pull the tendon back to its position".. where in your elbow are you feeling it?

you need to rest your arm, find someone in your area who does th is:

    http://www.activerelease.com/

ice it often...there is a forearm strap that you can buy which helps to shift the stress to different area of the arm other then the elbow when lifting...I use it but am still limited w/ what e xercises I can do for my bi's I'm having a bad flare up myself right now....

    Good luck

also don't take advil before or use any heat products. Use advil after the workout and ice.. Best thing to do is take time off. I was of for 4 months due to medial and lateral tendonitis in both elbows as well as slight damage to the ulna nerve! I wish I hadnt tried to push through
