unhealthy obsession...

help me out guys!!...cant seem to crack a bad habbit!...

im eatin peanut butter by the spoonful....i will be sittin watchin TV....and like BOOM there goes a min jar of PB.....

what are some things u guys do to get over not eating something u really want but u no u shouldnt have?? :lift:

just make sure its natural peanut butter. I do the same thing, it's so good.

drink a bunch of water, brush my teeth, and strong will power which i am lucky to have ;)

MIX IN BROWN SUGAR W/ You peanut butter.. LOL i usually do about 120g's brown sugar and a 22Serving Jar of peanut butter a day.. that puts me at ~4.5k Cals which is 500 below my natural consumption SO IM GETTING LEANER AND EATING BAD!~

Yeah I was the same way a while ago but the doc told be it was a big contributing factor in my huge F*cking migraines... I had to give it up or suffer big time.

I just stopped buying it.

I felt so terrible, i felt so worthless....i almost killed myself.... :( Shiat, i am gonna go clear a whole jar of NPB. I'm just a walking basket case waiting to go on Oprah.

My snack of NPB jar 210cals per serving 22serving per container i mixed 6scoops *40g' each of brown sugar w/ it.. thats like?
6*40*4 + 210*22 = HAPPY TAIBOXA!

Same here, had to stop because of the migraines. I now eat Almond Butter and like it better than I ever liked PB. Migraines Suck :(

Yeah I know what u mean... my only way to get rid of the pain was to sleep and I couldnt get to sleep bcs of the pain. I used to get like 1 to 3 a week not anymore though now its one every couple months. The docs been experimenting with pain killers and migraine meds nothing he has tried is helping so far... well except for giving up PB. :)

Never tried almond butter whats it like?

everytime you want to eat PB just brush your teeth ,so if you do eat it you will regret it ,with that sweet and mint taste, because they don't go hand in hand.

My local grocery store carries a few brands of almond butters, crunchy and smooth. You get all the benefits of the almonds and for the few of us some relief from the headaches. Almond butter tastes like almonds, the same way peanut butter tastes like peanuts. I wish I could explain it better, but take my word for it's yummy with jelly too.
