    Tuna Fest!!

    iga tuna was on sale today at work....and ive been eatin it all day and still hungry!
    4 cans for a buck.
    i bought 24 cans for 6 bucks..... and ive ate 23 of them so far today, tuna so good!!
    32g's protein a can.

    736g's protein over kill!!!

    dam , you make shure you dont slack on your daily protein huh? it might not be a good idea to eat that much tuna in one day though, they are known to contain mercury in them which is not good.

    lets see, started work at 4........ i prolly ate 4 cans an hour.... got off at 9, so that was 20 cans right there....... plus the rest when i got home.

    tuna has mercury in it... mercury retards cellular growth... it is also a toxin to the body... you shouldnt really eat more than 1 can a day... but we'll round your 23 cans today to 1... that sounds about right.......

    well its actually the protein toxicity that will kill my buddy took in avg of 400g's protein a day and he is 240lbs 12%BF 5'6 and doc told him to cut back he had lvl 2 proten and was gunna die
