    am i a pussy, or is anyone else in constant pain

    Squatted 685 + 200 lbs of chain for 5x2 yesterday. Then flipped an 800 lb tire for 5x5, and dragged the sled. Today I feel like a bag of smashed ass.

    The ENTIRE right side of my body is trashed: Achilles, knee, hip, wrist, shoulder, only thing that doesn't hurt is my elbow. Its wierd, everything on my left side is fine. Well, I take that back my left inner hamstring feels like its going to snap off when I do anything over 405.

    im with you, my legs are fubar, i hobble around now, ppl make fun of me and ask me stuff bc im young and have such bad legs.. they always hurt, i hate it, but i love it..haha
