Mmm..love my can of tuna at 6:30AM
Nothing better than harfing down a can of tuna after my oats at 6:30AM. Anyone else enjoying this decadence?

Tuna is impossible to eat in the morning and at night. Ive tryed. Perfect for day snacks doh.

actually i had 4 egg whites 1 yolk 1 can of tuna and 1 tbs flax for breakfast PostCardio TOP THAT oh yeah it was all mixed together YUMM

Blender + water + tuna
Give it a whirl, drink fast
Makes cans of tuna disappear like magic! with 50% less gagging but not at 6:30am

tuna sucks all around. i can't eat any seafood... i can't stand it. i wish i could tho... missin out on a lot of protein

i cant drink any type of carbonated pops in the early morning...thats rough!....tuna on the other hand, i could eat anytime

tuna and diet coke in a blender works pretty nice for me. but watch the teeth cuz they act like a sieve.
