    Email Question

    Does anyonw who has AOL know how to change the voice that announces that you have an email ?

    You know what I mean when a ladys voice says "you have email". It just sounds crap and I want something a little less feminine. -Cheers

    goto c:\program files\america online 9.0\sounds\

    then replace the gotmail file with one of your own - must be in .wav format.

    I cant get the thing to change. I downloaded some software to convert a mp3 file into .wav and replaced the "gotmail" file with a version of a pop song but it didnt work
