    Arrow bodyfat question...

    what bodyfat percentage would one have to maintain to be able to see a 6 pack year round...im not talkin about...like shredded abs...but enough to see good definition?

    or is it different for every person?

    If your under 190 lbs I'd say 8-9%, if your over 200 lbs youd have to probably be no more than 10-12%, depending on how big you are. I dont think your going to see all 6 abs clearly until you get down to 7% though.

    I think it's generally agreed to be somewhere around 9 - 10%, but it depends a lot on subcantaneous water.
