    This is REALLY pissing me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I CANT FIND WHAT MOVIE THIS IS!? I saw it when i was younger and cant find out what it was!

    About a kid that gets transformed into a mouse by some witches...

    I remember a witch pushing a baby carriage down a hill and some kid saves the carriage from going into the ocean..

    I also remember that all these old ladies had a big convention, and behind closed doors took off theirs masks and unveild their witch faces..

    ANY ONE KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!@?!?!
