Man, I haven't had eggo's for ever. I'm going to have to go buy me some now.
whole day. I don't go too nuts though, just start big on breakfast.
I had an 800 mile road trip last Friday and I ate like a pig. McD's, Prime rib, etc. Just swallowed it up. Yum Yum. I try not to have an entire cheat day, just a meal or two.
I eat very, very clean all week. If i didn't do this, i would go nuts.
