especially being in college..drunk horny chicks...argh
I used to have a bad habit with marijuana which messed with my training but I got over it.
Not really an addiction, but just a fact of life, i work 14 hours a day, that combined with working out and socialising gives me little time to myself. Downfalls, well i guess i can be arrogant, and im very honest -which sometimes gets me in trouble, i say it how it is.
Yes, the chicks mess up my training real good. I try to stay single for a while to make gains, then let them screw me up again for a little while.Quote:

I used to drink and party every weekend thurs-saturday. I stayed clean 12 weeks and got much better results then being hung over and tired and going to train. Being clean is definately the way for me to gain.
It was cigarettes, but I haven't smoked in 13 days. So assuming I get over that, it is dieting. I can bulk no problem. I love eating. I can 8k calories a day no problem as long as my wallet will let me. However dieting down. Forget about it. I am addicted to eating.

don't drink, don't smoke....i like Hersheys chocolate and have a weakness for cheeseburgers now and then. Still manage to stay around 12% year round with no probs and can easily get below 10% for summer, even with my weakness.
I like the sounds of that..problem is, there is a new study everyday claiming some new breakthrough. I don't know what to believe anymore. :yellowconQuote:

eating.. everytime i go over to a friends or hang out with my friends they always go somewhere to eat.. and i'm usually hungry.. so i end up eating fast food or eating candy or something...
