i just watched the ronnie coleman dvd - cost of redemption and it was the most boring thing to watch ever.
ronnie never said anything to the camera except "lightweight baby" and "nothing but a peanut"
thats ALL he said, the rest of the time he remained silent
didnt tell us about diet / training or ANYTHING at all
he maybe Mr Olympia but he is definitely not Mr Personality

and why is it when you watch a training video they use very sloppy form
we get told day in and day out to use proper form, then we see these guys chucking the weights about like idiots
did you see him do shrugs? the bar moved about 1 inch at the most

Watched ronnys dvd, downloaded it, dont think i would of bought it. Havent seen any others, gonna get a copy of arnolds dvd.

Ruhls video is decent... he uses sooo many **** machines though, not as strong as i thought... he cant even do pullups. HUGE though.

I found his dvd amazing. You can see his daily routines of eating, training etc.
O.k he is no entertainer but his dedication to his sport is something that deserves respect.
Bodybuilders lift weights. Entertainers entertain. simple.

i learend so much about diet by watchin his video....KC math-ter peithe is the best kinda barbecue sauce they make....plus it makes u huge just like ronnie..and i heard the riod monkey saluu injects it....
