    anyone else eat less on their cheat days?

    I do. I know it's bad but it is the only day i dont feel like puking from eating so much food.

    i only eat like two cheat meals a week

    Same here, I have the occasional cheat meal, not whole days.

    a full cheat day would make me sick and i cant see hows that good to b takin in like 5k cals of just sick ass fatty food. it defeats the purpose imo...

    I just don't enjoy much junk food. I wouldn't do it if I could..I like good healthy food.

    I usually do like a half cheat day or just a couple meals in 1 day once every 10 days

    me 2 bro, i like eating my chicken,steak, veggies etc... people think eatin healthy is gross but i mean bbq steak or salmon with some brown rice is **** good if u ask me lol... but i do love my pizza and bbq burgers ocasionally, but even then bbq burgers arent that bad

    I would pick a bbq over some kind of easy to make crap anyday. I also eat pizza maybe once every or 3 weeks. People I work with think I'm weird, meh. They are also either skinny or fat and complain about themselves the better part of the day.

    I consider mine a full cheat day. Yesterday for breafast I had 4 egg mccfuffin meals lunch was pizza and dinner was a steak. I had my usuall meal replacements shake and protien shakes . My diet is usually the same everyday and I have to force myself to eat more food every meal. My normal body weight is around 145-150 and I currently weigh around 201- 210.

    Do you guys have to eat everyday to the point you feel like puking?

    I eat less when I do cheat. Like if I eat Mcdonalds or some other crap like that i'll be like man I just messed up and end up skipping like my next meal or two to give me time to burn it off.
