    Very Uninteresting Fact

My normal BP is about 138/80 with a HR of 77, my blood pressure immediately stepping off of the treadmill was 159/97 HR of 119.

It's normal. That makes it even more uninteresting.

When lifting heavy did you know your blood pressure can go as high as 300/200? It isn't uncommon. It is a reason why the majority of aortic dissections (what killed John Ritter) are weight lifters.
