Who's got the sweetest home gym?
Hey everybody, so my gym is cutting the area for weight training in HALF . This makes me mad so I am thinking about finally taking the plunge and getting my own gym. Please post pics of your home gym for inspiration. Thanks. Mark

I bought a lot of parts at different times. The dumbbells are 3000lbs at .39 cents per pound so around $1100. Bought a better bench that has a 1000lb capacity and is super solid for about $300. http://www.fitnessfactory.com/Fitnes...ction&linkid=3
If I had it to do all over again I would have bought a power rack instead of the smith but other than that no regrets.

I'm working on changing my basement into one. Going to get some hammerstrength equipment (incline bench and military), a Power rack, heavy duty flat bench, heavy duty inline bench, a highcapacity leg sled, dumbells up to 200 lbs, hammerstrength seated preacher machine (i love this machine...), weighted dip belt/chin up/dip tower, some 100 lb plates, a boat load of 45's, 35s,25s, 10 and 5's, a curl bar etc...
I also have a cybex arch trainer... GREAT piece of cardio equipment.

The gym i use has two Hammer shoulder machines, both the iso-lat kind. Awesome machines, but i am absolutely in LOVE with the first one pictured here, the super press machine.

I use the second one quite a bit, just fill both ends and go to work.
The first one is ok, but it seems to hit my chest just as much as my shoulders... dont like the angle.

YES!!! That is the one piece of equipment that I miss most from actually going to a gym. I love it. It isolates so well. You can feel it shred you.
