what is she gonna be using AS for?

LMAO!!!! Well one decides to use AS to progress above and beyond the normal physique one achieves from years of natural training and dieting. She's very serious about her training and she's been wanting to for years but didn't know jack about it and not to mention all the men in her past thought women with any kind of size to them (muscle that is) is nothing short of disgusting. Right now she's 5'3" and a solid 115. I took her body fat % about 4-5 months ago and she was at about 14%. She's looking to get to about 125-135 and not to let her bodyfat exceed 17% or so. I've got her diet keyed in and her workouts are killer..... so now the next logical step is looking into AS use. I've educated her the best I can but I've convinced her that her best bet is to come on here and learn as much as she can and than decide on how she wants to go about it.


As for pics..... maybe in time. She's a very shy person but maybe I can persuade her otherwise.
