    I freakin' love my morning oats!

    3/4 cup raw and out of the bag with some water.....I cherish the time I have with my oats in the AM. yum yum yum. This is big coming from someone who once hated oats!!!

    take ur oats.. put them in a food processor so they are like powerdery.. then put them in w/ ur protein poweder... that way u kan have a nice Pro/Carb Snack.

    I'l never forget my first mouthful of oats with my protein shake, I nearly threw up, but now I just gulp it down like i would with a beer
