    Cleaning the lunges?

Yesterday my sisters kid put his quilt on fire(or well it never caught on fire but it smoked ALOT). When putting it out I inhaled a ****load of the smoke and got very iritated lunges and throath.

Today I woke upp and im sore in my throath and caughed like hell. The caughing has stopped but Im still sore and not sure if I should do cardio today or not. Is there any way to "clean" the **** out of the throath and lunges quicker incase the smoke has left residues in there

I wouldnt skip cardio. I'd see if the fresh air would help clear my lunges out.

D*mn Johan, it seems like you get a different ailment every week.

You've got to take better care of yourself!

Nah not realy a big deal just got me worried for a moment. Throath feels alot better now. I was just worried about all the plastic smoke and if it contains something toxic.
