i was out late studying... HOLY HELL STUDYING?! yes thats right till about 2am and i got home and i needed a protein didnt feel like eating. so i take 1 can tuna 8oz water 2tbls flax 12g' of 3 different types of fiber and blend it up YES BLEND IT UP AND DRINK IT! never again will i do such a thing

i run a community center ...like a gym, and a game room w/ pool tables and shyt. but SB was LAST WEEK .. for me anyways i guess some shcools have dif schedules eh?
