    Whats up guys

    It's been a while....been trying to get my life together. I am now back in the game full time. I am posting my diet, workout, and cycle in respective forums as I have time. looking forward to chating with some good bros and meeting some new ones. I see so many new faces here.....very wierd.

    Nah, there are a few of us that are in a Fantasy Nascar league, and the winner chooses the avatar for the losers to share until the following week....... so far I've had some bad ones, but this takes the cake I think...
