I wonder what the total fat was in that sandwich? I think the grease would have made me throw up.

In university for breakfast (technically lunch due to the time i got up) i would sometimes eat a sndwitch consisting of grilled cheese sandwitch with 8 rashers of bacon and 6 sausages Aww the good old days. I ate like that for a year, drank an obscene amount of booze almost every night and only gained 8 lbs of fat in a year
Its not like that anymore!

I cook with a lot of bacon. I like to deep fry oysters or shrimp wrapped in bacon (en brochette, for you gourmands) and crisp it up on top of a meatloaf. I often use it to season stir fried vegetables, or in beans, of course. I like to use a little bacon fat in my mammy style black skillet cornbread. Nothing fries eggs like bacon grease. I mince it up and fry it very crispy to put in my huevos y migas. Bacon is not just ribbons of death. It is strips of magic, in the hands of a proficient chef.

Whats with harassing BDTR all the time about his waffle addiction????? To tell you the truth, I had 8 of them for breakfast this morning myself, with bananas and pecans and maple syrup and butter. Breakfast of campions baby.
