    Resize Photo

    YES, I've read the posts!

    I'm computer retarded. I'm old it's not my fault. How the he11 do you resize a photo for an Avatar without blurring it or making it so small you can't see it???????????????????????????????????

    Depends on the photo, usually crop it down first then resize it. I'll give it a shot if you send me the photo.

    download Faststone Image Viewer from Downloads.com. Its free and fun. I like it better than MS Paint. imho
