House arrest and getting out to lift

I am going to try and get the officer to let me get out for a hour three times per week. I will ask my doctor to get me a letter stating it is needed for health reasons. Does anyone have experience with this and what else could I say to further my cause?

I used the health reason, it worked fine. Whats funny is... i used to get away with so much crap. I would make an excuse for everything with my officer and he would give me permission to leave.

Whats funny is, i got violated on it by taking a pic of my ankle bracelet!
