hey guys....
one of my favorite foods is a Donair...i'll fill u in on what they are if u guys dont no....
its lean beef cooked up on a grill...then put on a whole wheat pita bun and i normally just get some tomatoes on it....
how healthy do u guys think this would be? :lift:
ps: the beef is that stuff u see rotating on a big poll and they shave it off
