    I think its great. Its ronnie lifitng, what did you expect? a prelude to the matrix trilogy?

    the lifting is incredible, but like prime said its not anything but a training vid, although i have to say seeing some of his lifting in the first vid he could never be the poster boy for good form

    thats a great dvd...i mean if u skip past the pointless stuff like him waiting for his breakfast to cool its pretty good.
