Keep it basic on the first date, basic is safe. Don't get too creative on the first date because you can really turn her off, or there is a slim chance you could really impress her. A good idea to us (men) is not always a good idea to them (women).
3rd or 4th date you can get a little more creative, feel her out for what type of girl she is and go on that.
Take her to dinner and then a movie, or lunch and walk to the movies. Don't go to a club, you go there to pull easy ass. Chances are girls will hit on you there, and guys will hit on her, it's just not a place to get to know someone.

Take her to lunch or a early dinner. Then go to a park or a place that has things you can look at while walking around so the two of youhave something to talk about in case there are moments that are uncomfortable.
Movies are for when you have been dateing a couple times and know eachother better

Irish.. she texted you.. its up to her
03-30-2005, 11:33 AM #15
i would give her the chance to make a decision... but girls really dont like that.... If you really want to impress her... tell her you wanna cook for her! Maybe a nice steak and steamed vegis... nice and easy!! (try to come up with something besides potatoes.. hahhaa jk there good too! If you really cant cook, then just go out to a nice rest and movie bro. It might be classic but its a great first date!! good luck tiny!!

No movie and dinner, boring and at dinner ur stuck talking. Putt Putt or video arcade or a sporting event. Always fun and nobody gets bored.

But if she is going out with your ugly Irish ass then she must also be ugly.....
Make sure you take a couple of paper bags, for both of you..........

clubs are too noisy. bowling gives you something distracting so that you aren't too worried about having to hold a conversation for an hour straight. not to mention that you get to look at the important side of her half the time... the back side

After I pick up my girl from the trailer, if she is really good....we run to the border and then get our bowling on. That is straight first class....

go with applebees for the drink or a restaurant like that. not quite a bar enviroment but not quite a full on restaurant and i think they're open till midnight.

Oh, it is the biggest mix-up that you have ever seen.
My father, he was Orange and me mother, she was green.
My father was an Ulster man, proud Protestant was he.
My mother was a Catholic girl, from county Cork was she.
They were married in two churches, lived happily enough,
Until the day that I was born and things got rather tough.
Baptized by Father Riley, I was rushed away by car,
To be made a little Orangeman, my father's shining star.
I was christened "David Anthony," but still, inspite of that,
To me father, I was William, while my mother called me Pat.
With Mother every Sunday, to Mass I'd proudly stroll.
Then after that, the Orange lodge would try to save my soul.
For both sides tried to claim me, but i was smart because
I'd play the flute or play the harp, depending where I was.
Now when I'd sing those rebel songs, much to me mother's joy,
Me father would jump up and say, "Look here would you me boy.
That's quite enough of that lot", he'd then toss me a coin
And he'd have me sing the Orange Flute or the Heros of The Boyne
One day me Ma's relations came round to visit me.
Just as my father's kinfolk were all sitting down to tea.
We tried to smooth things over, but they all began to fight.
And me, being strictly neutral, I bashed everyone in sight.
My parents never could agree about my type of school.
My learning was all done at home, that's why I'm such a fool.
They've both passed on, God rest 'em, but left me caught between
That awful color problem of the Orange and the Green.
