Iron Palm Training ..Hands of stone
Hey, just wanted to see if anyone on here does iron palm training? I used to be in karate for 10 years, but been in kickboxing the past 7 and was recently introduced to the art of training the hand (Iron Palm Training). I've been going it for bout 8 months now and it's really amazing. My hands are tough as stone (not literally) and strike with more power than ever. This has really improved my striking power and intensity. I recently broke 18 boards with a palm strike. I also broke a foundation beam in my kickbozing studio by accident . My friends refuse to "slap" box with me now because they know I can easily break their jaw with a simple slap. Anyone else on here into this or any art of karate?

Training lasts for about 10 mins. each day every day. It's very simple, but yields amazing results. The guide will come tomorrow.

I had a yang style tai chi teacher that knew it... I think we were the only place in the state that practiced as a fighting style(tai chi that is). I learned a bit, but when the instructor went to cali the replacement knew all the movements but did not even know what 13 postures were... so I left. When in highschool I was into go ju ryu and we watched a video tape on it and dim mach(sp?)... Never really practiced it.
