33 yrs old, 5'7", 200lbs currently maxing out at 380 x1. Can do 315lbs for 3 sets of 6-7 reps. My best natural bench was my senior year of highschool. I weighed 155lbs and maxed at 335x1. I could bench more than I could squat!

I follow recruiting for college D1 ball w/ a passion & the average an 18 yr. ath. can bench is around 285-320.
The strongest kid that OU recruited this year is Vadar's son out of Colo. that has worked out most of his young life & benches an incredible 400 lbs.
Everyone said he was one of the strongest HS kid in the entire country last year.
He's also 6'4 @ 290.
I call bs on anyone claimimg they can hoss up 400 lbs. that is not a mature adult.
Hell, the strongest players on OU's entire football team can't put up 450-500 & they have a serious weight program.

5'9" 230lbs 37 years old bench 315 in controlled sets of 6, don't know what my max is ?????
-

I am 19, 205lbs, 5'9".
Bench: I would guess a max of 300, but I dont max. I can do 275 for 4.
Squat: 315 for 8 is the lowest I have gone lately.
Deadlift: 405 for 4 (Used to be 8)
I am coming off about 3 injuries and a surgery so my numbers are not as good as I would like. No excuse, but hopefully they will improve in time. I live by the modo "I'm a bodybuilder, not a power lifter.. "

He ran HS track & told the coaches he could run a sub 4.5 in the 40.
They challenged him to run & he ran back to back sub 4.5 40's.
They offered on the spot & he accepted.
He was 6'1 @ 210 coming into OU's program & bulked up to a solid 235-240
b4 he left.
He could put up 385 bench as a senior w/ a 420 squat.

Anyone who claims to bench over 400lbs and is between 18 and 20 years old - you need to post pics and be holding a sign saying its you
