What do YOU use for acne?

Cause ****, I need something that works. I've got it BAD on my back. I went and bought a loofa and some body wash so I can get my back good in the shower, and I take two showers a day, and I can't get rid of it.

What do some of you use for acne that works well? I wanna get rid of this crap.

dawn dishwashing soap helped wonders for my back bro i had the same exact problem with my back and shoulders, go get some and give it a shot but when u use it let it sit for a min. or so to dry some and it will pull all the oil out of ur back, im teling u really beleive me go get some and try it i didnt think it would work but it really did, i noticed improvement in like 2days so give it a shot

NO FUKKIN **** I just bought some the other day and used it... today is the second day and it is noticeably better.

I use that in the shower in the morning and then at night clean my back with rubbing alcohol and put Benzoyl Peroxide 5% on it... that along with tanning seems to be clearing it up pretty quick.

It's good, but it is basically just stronger Clearasil.
