    F***!! At the Gym? That's gotta suck. About ten years ago, my boy shat himself while my brother and I were running from this dude and he was hiding in the bushes. The irony there is that we had lit a bag of s*** on fire and put ot on the guys doorstep. My other boy shat himself at work, he was working at the mall. Then another one of my boys had an "incident" on his own foot. I guess I need to pick them up some diapers. You would think being in your late twenty's this wouldn't be a problem. That being said, now I'll probably have an "incident" of my own.

    i use to run cross country in high school and this kid in front of me was running so hard about 2 miles into the race at the state meet and shat himself and i could smell it and see it. sure gave me motivation to get passed him. can you imagine trying to complete the next 1.1 miles of the race with that sloshing around in your shorts.
