    How much can you deadlift?

Just curious on how much weight you guys pull. Also do you go sumo or not? Also what grip do you use. My best was yesterday...No straps, narrow stance, alternate grip

I worked up to 530lbs for 1 at a body weight of 207.

    My PL is 485 for 2 @ 185-190 lbs. Conventional, switch-grip.

I haven't pulled from the floor in awhile, I couldn't do that now. I like pulling from mid-shin on backdays and still being able to squat heavy that week.

    j/k

the most i've done for reps is 365 but i'm going to try to start going higher now i really love the way they hit my traps and lats on back day.

oh yeah and i weigh 235, keep a narrow stance, and of course alternating grip.

What is your combined total for your 3 lmajor lifts (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift)?

I can deadlift 405 4 times right now but that is with a ****ed up back and a hernia. It use to be 405 8 times, but that was a long time ago. Deadlift is my best lift aswell, which isn't saying much.

To add to this, this is done with straps. Without straps I am a huge pussy that probably couldn't do 225 4 times without dropping the bar.

    i think he's said his bench is 565 + 725 = 1290.

if he squats say 650 then it's 1940lbs. dang!
