Will someone anyone help me with this problem!!!

I cant see pictures that people post in theyre messages...it says attached thumbnails..I have three different browsers and it does it in all of them,,only this message board..Ive came across a couple other users that have the same problem but they cant seem to fix it either?...please help

Attached thumbnails are for pictures they have uploaded, and not directly linked from an existing online file source.......

Go to your preferences and check the box where it says view images/avatars/sigs.

May not be the issue, but check anyway.
