Engine light on Jeep Grand Cherokee limited

I have a 2002 Jeep grand cherokee limited
    it has a 4.7L HO V8 (265hp)

My problem is that I have a check engine light on. I ran a diagnostic test by turning the ignition on, off, on, off, on. Then where the odometer is it read out the error codes. They are as follow...

error P0325- Knock sensor no 1 circuit malfunction (cylinder bank no 1 or single sensor)

error P0700- Transmission control system malfunction.

maybe someone thats knows about this jeep stuff can help me out...
