Literature Lounge...

I know there are quite a few writers on this board...

I'd like to put forth a poll before PMing the Admin about an AR lounge subsection... "literature lounge".

Where bros woulld put up their poetry..short stories...and book reveiws etc.. for other bros input.

IMO..AR being the diverse board it is.. it'd be a great addition

i've noticed that a bunch of other guys do it in their spare time.. but there's no definate place on AR to post such stuff

I disagree that we've 'strayed from the topic' on AR... i think the board has attracted a larger member base cus it caters to diverse tastes... something for every kind of weight-training enthusiast

Im currently writing 2 novels and have alot of short stories, some screenplays, radioplays etc. I'm more then happy to workshop with people if they like. Criticism is always welcome.

Good stuff Bro... i'm not the short story type... i'm more the novelist in the making.. i'm compiling my a book of poetry.. i won't start my novel until i've lived some more.

My book of poetry is filled with 6 years of poetry that outline different phases in my personal/emotional develpment

I personally do not have much interest in the subject as far as myself writing, but I wouldn't mind there being a place on here where members could post there works. Infact i would probably read a lot of it. Godd way to know what people are really all about.

lol tell that to my buddy, he got a free computer because he was dyslexic. Couldnt read for **** tho

had to scan all his books and get the computer to read them to him!

On a serious note tho. There exist hundreds of thousad of places online to go get college papers.

I don't think we'll displace anyone with the inclusion of this subforum...Conversely i think it'll help keep more Bros around...Scanning the main forum's page i realised just how diverse AR is...

that's the only reason i'd say yes. i really don't think we should have those two forums- as messy and caucasian are the only two that really visit those respective forums and the rest is just bored peep's.

It's a good idea, i just think the more forums we put up, the thinner we're spreading ourselves. If there is a large demand for it though, i dont see why not.
