    Otomix Shoes? Are they better

So whats with Otomix shoes? are the better than regular shoes for bodybuilding? If so why. I think it might be because they have a really flat sole and its almost like your not wearing any shoe at all. If somone has a pair tell me why there so great. I am looking at getting those versa pro trainers, now thats a great looking shoe!!

It's marketed to be a good gym shoe because of it's flat sole.

Basically Chuck's or any other flat-soled shoe would accomplish the same thing.

I wear a pair of G-Unit......... the G 6's, and they work great.

Not trying to hijack, but am I understanding that the ideal shoe for leg day is a flat sole? I used to train legs in Puma skate shoes and I loved it...but others at the gym told me I should be squating in shoes with arch support so I picked up some Nikes.

I squat in a pair of sketcher boots.

I have a pair of Otomix shoes.....no better than a wrestling shoe IMO.
