The first shot was understandable, but then he walks over and blasts him a few more times! Tough to talk your way out of that one...

Serves him right, dont know why the clerk was firing above the clothing though, could of ripped one right through those pants while he was hiding behind them.

nah, the second shot hit him, close range, there was no need for a third shot. He was helpless after the second shot, the gun was laying prone on the floor.

If there was no camera, he would have recieved a third shot from me, but with the camera there, I would do everything in my power not to kill him. Very stupid.

I think the guy deserved it and would have shot him too. thing that sucks is the clerk may be facing some serious trouble for getting too caught up in the whole thing and putting that last round in the moron.

A gun ran into the store with a man attatched to it and started firing? Really, how did an inanimate object cause that?

Could have used a machete just as easy as a gun to rob that store, if guns didnt exist. I'll tell you this, I'd rather get in a shoot out than have a sword fight with machetes.

No a criminal got a hold of a readily available gun. All illegally owned guns start out as legally owned guns. Stop private handgun ownership and you stop the need for it. You also save alot of childrens lives. Many innocent children die from gun fire? Is the right to own a gun more important than a childs life?

Then why isn't there an epidemic of gun murder in Britain, Japan, etc. They dont allow private gun ownership, and they have maybe 2 gun related homocides a year. I have very hands on experience with illegal guns. They start off as registered legally purchased guns 99.99% of the time.

If private gun ownership was stopped, I think guns would remain in the hands of those who have them illegally and the government would spend time and money chasing around people who are actually responsible enough to register. Its been happening in Canada the past few years...its not the hunters who legally register their guns who they need to concentrate on, its the gangs and those who dont register in the first place IMO.

The black market guns start off as legally owned guns, that is my point. Don't believe everything you see in the movies.

I definitely agree the amount of guns should decrease, I just dont know how the US can dig itself out of its current situation wrt gun ownership.

Hate to break it to you, but if you make it illegal to own guns... the only people who will listen to the law are the law-abiding ones. The criminals will still do as they please

Yes, the right to own firearms to protect us from the Government, is more important than a childs life..

They guns in their possesion were once legally registered. By stopping gun handgun ownership you clog up the pipeline. Step 2 would be severe prison time for gun possesion. Eventually with the flow stopped the guns would be next to impossible to get. Then the gangs wouldn't have them. I guess children need to die for the sake of people's right to have a gun they will probaly never have to use.

why doesnt germany have a problem with alcohol abuse and its legal there?
yet drinking is illegal till 21 here and we have so many probs with it.

so many questions in the game of life.

    why are americans so fat?

guns dont kill people, people kill people, if they didnt use a gun they'd use something else........prolly just like they do in japan.. slit some throats

statistics lie also. they are made how people want you to see them.

Why should I give up my freedom because of the actions of a few morons? I'm not a criminal, I'm a responsible person and nobody should put me in a class where I can't be trusted with something like a firearm. Cars kill way more children than guns, don't see anyone trying to ban cars. Sorry, but I don't look to the government to take away peoples freedoms for a false sense of security. i value freedom over controll. Over a childs life? I can't control that and it isn't my responsibility.

    Agreed 100%

1000 childrens lives are worth our freedom, as sick as it sounds.

You stop the flood of guns to the streets. The streets of Britain arent saturated with guns.
