You can always write. Take a pen and just start writing about things that are on your mind.

wow craziness guys.....the adrenaline is pumping cuz of this girl i am seeing, my most recent ex as of a couple weeks ago, when tonight i get an email from my ex of over a year ago whom I havent spoken to in months, that was pretty cool and sort of calmed me down, ive been wanting to talk to her. I think im gonna pack a fat lipper and jump in the shower....

It won't work instantly but whenver I can't sleep 50-100mg of benadryl will get me drowsy enough to hit the sack.......You could always try Nyquil, I hear that knocks people out.
