    F*ck protien powder!

    I just went to this place 5mins down the road from my house and they can hook me up with 30lbs of egg whites for $35CAN. Sh*t, eating 2-3 cups of those a day, nothin' beats it. Solong protien powder, R.I.P

    Yea, but does it taste good with dextrose?

    have fun with that, i'd rather have Protein powder anyday, but I still eat eggs in the mornin'

    Lol, you gotta take those ones separate from each other, Dex in a drink, egg whites cooked, 2 cups PWO. You be amazed how you feel after pounding those back.

    Solid beats powder anytime except PWO, when you need the quick absorbtion of a whey protein to be effective, plus with all the glutamine and BCAA's in whey shakes, they are quite benificial.

    Agreed... egg whites are going to digest slower than whey, PWO is the time when that makes a difference.

    Oh yeah definately true, but for me persanally, I find solid food even after a workout benifits me more than powdered drinks, now I wouldnt go eat a steak after a workout of anything like that but egg whites seem to do the trick for me.
