Okay guys, I've got 4 weeks, and I want to make huge progress. I'm 6'2" 261 at 14 1/2% bf. I'm on a fina/test. prop/winny cycle now. I want to get hard...what can I do to make the biggest improvement in 4 weeks. Any and everything from diet, to cardio suggestions, I want it all. Really appreciate the help guys!
The anabolic diet is and excellent diet which produce outstanding results.

You already said it tren, prop, winny, cardio & watch the diet. I think you'll be alright, I'd throw in some dbol for the whole 4 weeks to just for the added extra and liquidex to keep off the water retention and of course keep the estrogen at bay at say .25mg ed. BTW I'd do 100mg prop, 75mg tren, 50mg winny & 50mg dbol, it's such a quick cycle that I think you'd be done before your liver gets pissed at you.
