    pretty good, stuck to ur advice in the past about weight gain, glad we talked, really got me motivated, up to around 195 or so, planinng on hitting about 210/215 by fall and then cut down to about 200, so we'll see what happens...still bouncing im guessing rite?

    yea, khullkhuum was the previous name, had to switch it up after coming under some heat about AS. but under 190? try almost under 170 last time we talked. gained 25 pounds over past year completely naturally after getting my diet and training in much better order....whats ur stats up to now ? like 6'8 400lbs 5% bf??

    Not quite 400lbs body weight, benching 405 yea.. That sounds awesome bro!!!! In fact that is ****ing beautiful 25lbs.. You got it man, you get what you put into it bro, glad to hear that!!!

    about 230lbs now, not like before, i just got on now... so it's
