    Talking to My abs

    Yes its that time of year again, spring time in NYC and I have just started talking to my abs. Something I do when I am in complete cuttup mode. WEIRD I know, but I love buggin people out. Someone ask me if I wanted any butter on my rice at my cousin's birthday party last weekend and I started saying""its ok, she did not know, it's ok". They all asked who I was talking to, and I told them MY ABS.... hey some people really need to start doing this, me I am just nuts...

    Oh yea, they mostly laugh. It could be a waiter asking me if I wanted cheese, or someone trying to get me to eat a piece of cake at a Bday. But my abs laugh at them.

    at this point i talk to my stomach area as it is covering up the abs. i'll soon uncover them for the first time in about 3 years.

    i do that to sometimes when i don't realize it. i was talking to myself a couple days ago in the gym and i had my mp3 player on and people were looking at me like i was crazy. i was talking about getting through these last couple sets then i was going to go eat. i didn't realize people could hear me though because of the music.
