nice list... i saw Caliban 2 nights ago and Throwdown and Bury Your Dead last week. danced my ass off. got into a disgusting amount of fights.

how can anyone listen to rap while lifting weights? i need godsmack, disturbed, metalica, mudvayne, or saliva to get the pump goin

celine dion works well too

i have a mix of rock and rap in my mp3. disturbed is great for getting the intensity up in the gym.
